Meet Staci
Staci Lynn Boyer is an award-winning master trainer with a master of fitness
sciences certified through the ISSA and ACE. She is also an author, fitness
educator, motivational speaker, wife, and mother. Her experiences span from
12 years as a Navy Hospital corpsman to 20 years in the fitness industry as
a personal trainer, media representative, group exercise instructor, and general
manager for Bally Total Fitness. Now owning her own business, Motiv8n U Personal
Training, she is pursuing a masters degree in social work while preparing for
her motivational book due out through Medallion Press in 2010.

Course Descriptons:
Core Commotion created by Leslie Grosshauser allows the individual to train for improvments in every day real life movements! Through the use of simple hand weights, real life, functional movement patterns such as bending, pushing, pulling, lunging, and squatting are executed in a fun a creative way. Any fitness level can benefit from this multi planar workout. Core training as well as balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program that also offers a cardiovascular component that will challenge any fitness level!
Ask Staci Saturdays: $15 for 90 minute group session
